- Education level – Malaysian students studying Diploma/Degree/Master’s Degree in any recognized Higher Learning Institutions in Malaysia, Malaysian Higher Learning Institutions, Industry Players (with links to institutions related to their industry of with a footprint overseas)
- Duration – Minimum of 8 weeks
- Qualification – CGPA of 3.00 and above
- For TVET – Pass
